Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with some limitations. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, but lack natural light. The service is mixed, with helpful staff but some issues with amenities. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and the dining experience is satisfactory. Overall, a decent choice with room for improvement.
The hotel is set around 2 courtyards, providing clean and comfortable rooms that were changed to larger and better accommodations. There was initially a peculiar odor, but it disappeared after some fresh air. The service was nice and accommodating, although there was an extra charge of 2 euros for it. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the Cathedral and next to a charming square, offering a peaceful and convenient setting for exploration. The dining options had a good variety, but somewhat limited on certain occasions. Overall, a comfortable stay worth the value.
The hotel has charming rooms with a strange smell of disinfectants after cleaning but lacks any outside view. The service staff is friendly and attentive, making every effort to ensure a delightful stay. The location is perfect for exploring on foot, although the hotel itself may feel in need of an update. The dining options offer value, but the setup could be more inviting. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room for improvement.
The hotel is centrally located in Granada, making it convenient for exploring the city, with a friendly staff and a pleasant attached restaurant and bar. However, the room with the extra bed for our son was noisy from the street due to the lack of AC and had a cigarette smoke odor. The room size, bed, and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, the service was incredibly helpful and attentive, the location was superb, and the dining options were extensive and excellent value. The only downside was the slightly smaller room size, but everything else made up for it.
The hotel was a very mixed experience for me; the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the noise from the street made sleeping impossible, lasting until 5 am. The location, however, was ideal, walking distance to town and restaurants.
